Review content:
Do not use this company if you are interested in good customer service. It was an awful experience from the start. All we needed was to replace the broken glass in our son's bedroom window. We had to give them the measurements three times, which should have been our first clue they did not have it together. We sent them pictures of our window, including the mullion (the plastic/vinyl elements which give the glass an appearance of multiple panels). The technician came out and replace the glass but did not replace the mullion. The technician said he was not aware the mullion needed to be replaced, but asked us for payment up front and would be back soon to fix it. Fast forward four calls and three months later to last week, when I left a message with their answering service, threatening to call Better Business Bureau. I received a call this morning, when I was told they've been trying to reach us (that's not hard to do, we have telephones which always work) to tell us they don't have the parts. Now they want me to come to them to purchase new parts. Sorry, not going to happen. Buyer Beware.
