the selection and service was excellent. I was greeted at the door by the store manager which was a very nice touch. He directed me around the store describing each of the products features and benefits at length. He even got me a glass of water as we walked around their showroom. I selected a product that was in stock and it was priced very competitively. The product was in stalled 2 days latter by a very nice installer that treated my house with respect. In these days of dwindling customer service. The floor store was a refreshing change. I would highly recommend them.
