Review content:
This is a correction to my previous review
In my opinion:
5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams
3 Stars: Installation
1 Star: Customer Service (poor)
Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Regrettably, no
Better Business Bureau rates Bedrock an "F" (as of May 2013).
My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installer's dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required.
In my opinion, the customer service was poor. For each return visit I waited up to 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. In my opinion, Alan was not honest with me. He told me he had contacted AP Granite about my bowed (1/8") slab, then admitted that he hadn't and that I was not a priority to him.
Bedrock advertises "Unbeatable deals, outstanding customer service, superior fabrication ability and top notch installation". In my opinion, they fall far short of their goal.
