I was not seen by a Doctor but a P.A. He mentioned that my fracture wasn't worthy of his attention and said "is that all you got for me?" Then after almost complaining how minor my fracture was, ordered a thousand dollar MRI which by the way is also another "Convenient Jewett Service" they offer. After being sold an expensive unneeded MRI I scheduled a follow up appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and waited 2 hours past my appointment time before being called into exam room. After waiting another 30 minutes in exam room alone and still not seen by anyone, I left at 8:00 at night.
Also, billing charged me for arm sling which they didn't give me. I called them about it and they said there is a mistake but don't know what to do and have to bill anyway. I then followed up again, this time showing proof that the sling came from another clinic. As I waited for two weeks for a response on the billing issue, and also the remainder of my final bill to come in the mail, they ignored my proof and still billed. However the bill had huge black lettering threatening me of calling a collection agency. I hadn't even received my final bill yet and they were threatening me. Absolute disregard for patients and poor ethics.
I won't recommend this place to anyone. It's obvious that their main priority is just taking your money. Service, compassion and ethics is way down on their priorities.
