Response to previous review:\r Check out the real situation...\r Response from technician: On the day of the appointment I made the normal pre-call before coming as is policy to do so, I could not reach this customer on 2 different phone numbers, but did leave message, I called into the office to ask them to call, they again called and couldn't reach customer, So I did attempt to just go by the home to 2208 Terranova Ct. Lexington, KY 40513...if you type that into your GPS it will take to you to a gate that you have to enter a code to pass. So after waiting I proceeded to my next appointment, only to get a phone call from a hysterical customer on the phone wandering why I wasn't at her home about 25 miles into my journey away from her ""place""....after finally arriving at her home I go to check the ""accessible TV"" that has a entire room built around it. I diagnosed the TV to the best of my ability with out having to tear down any walls.(All customers are advised that TV's need to be accessible for proper diagnosis) I did contact her with an estimate the same day of service it was a very high estimate but what would be required to do the very abnormal service, she declined and did tell the customer that it is possible that the price come down if the part was available from a different part source, and that I would contact ""only"" if indeed we could find a better price on the part...We did not.\r Trying to repair this Television would be like trying to change an engine in a car with the hood shut.\r \r Response from Management:\r I spoke to Mrs. Erika Ashley on multiply occasions, her request was never to speak to a manager, it was to speak to the Owner and no one else. After many calls I simply asked that all communication be by email because of many changes in her story and also that every things be documented.\r \r We make every attempt to offer the best service in the industry each and everyday to each and every customer, and we also take every precaution to make sure that we can provide the service you request, we have a proven positive track record.
