Service tech's seem to be very good at what they do. They are also always nice and explain what the problem is. The problem with mine is I bought a brand new David Weekley home with what was supposed to be the top of the line ac unit. We have been here 3 and a half years now and Iv'e had the techs here 8 times on different very big problems. 4 of the times my ac completely quit running. 2 of those times i was told it would be Monday before it would be fixed. I have 3 kids under 4 years old. When I asked if they could maybe bring some portable a/c's I was told I was on my own. All weekend in the summer with three kids is a very long time. It is under warranty and they have covered every repair, but as soon as this warranty runs out I will be responsible for costs on an a/c unit that has never worked correctly from the start. I would use Davis A/C for repairs on this current a/c but I don't know if I would ever buy a new unit from them.
