What I like about these guys is that they are honest with their work. I called them over the phone asking for help while saying what happened to my 8 years old GE fridge. After talking to this guy, I was surprise when he said that I was better off buying a new one and that he would spare me his fee of coming over. I was surprise of what their technician told me and I have said to myself that this is pure honesty. Not someone who would do anything just to sell me something totally unnecessary and for that, they have earned my respect.
