Mike Blandino of McLCure Realty was extremely rude, accusatory, and belligerent. Short story, the house we rented had a check out list posted on the refridgerator with all requirements prior to checking out. We followed them thoroughly. We are all adults, professional and clean. We left the house just as clean as when we arrived. He called, told me he is charging us our deposit for leaving a dirty house. I thought he was joking or mistaking me for someone else. As the conversation continued, I realized what a hot head I was dealing with and ended the call. I wanted all correspondence in writing, due to his odd behavior. The house we rented had multiple problems including no air conditioning ( at the beach in NC), baby birds in the dryer and a leaking ceiling to mention a few. We had multiple maintnance calls during our stay, many were addresses, but only after several days. Needless to say, our "VACATION" was basically no so great due to all the issues of the house we rented. McCLure Realty will not do anything about any of our issues - except of course - take OUR deposit. What a scam, I think they were afraid we were going ask for our money back, so they charged us first for erroneous charges! My main complaint is the way Mike Blandino (?) talked to me on the phone, basically called me a liar, called me stupid... and then interrupted me every time I tried to talk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Looks like they are under new management - and MIKE BANDINO is in charge! NEVER again.. what a rude man, he should be ashamed. I certainly hope this company takes note.. we never had a problem in 4 years until now. Desperate people will do desperate things!
