Review content:
I started running more when I moved down here and the weather was nicer and warmer. I started to get pains in my knee and it was scaring me. I called the office up and got in to talk to Dr. Heimberger. He didn't think I needed surgery so I got a couple shots and took it easy for a week or so. My knee feels great now. The problem was I wasn't getting enough rest. I am just thankful I didn't hurt it enough that it needed surgery.
