James will speak with you personally... he returns your calls and works to resolve all of your issues the FIRST time. The rates are reasonable and he takes the time to explain to you have to reduce your insurance cost! I've been with him for 5 years as a customer with AMFAM-I left once thinking I could find a better rate...but ended up coming back in the first 6 months. The quality of service received is unmatched; I will be a life long AMFAM customer! Thank you James..\r
