Review content:
Animal Emergency Center is a fantastic emergency hospital. It provides state of the art diagnosis and treatment. Consequently don't expect to get out cheaply but expect top veterinary care. My dog had a severe life-threatening infection and after seeing two other emergency vets in Oklahoma City area (who could not diagnose the exact bacterial culprit) , he was just going downhill. I brought him to Animal Emergency Center and they had him stabilized and on the mend within 48 hours. Now a week later he's back to almost 100% health and full recovery. The treatment cost almost $1000 but they saved his life (and he's only a year old dog). Considering that the other 2 emergency vets who did nothing charged me $400-500 each to do nothing, what Animal Emergency Center charged really wasn't terrible. Bottom line: if you are willing to spend what it takes to get your dog diagnosed and cured, AEC is the place to go. They were courteous and caring. They kept my daytime Veterinarian in the know on everything, and have called every day for a week to find out how my dog is doing.
Pros: State of the art care, latest diagnostic and treatment equipment, friendly caring service
Cons: Expensive (but you get what you pay for!) And I only want the best for my animals!!!
