My laptop crashed with tons of data on my laptop including my pics, music and tax files etc. I was devastated. BizTek treated me very professionally and courteously. The assured me that they will do their best - and they did. They were able to recover data from my old hard drive and setup me up with a new one. The service was fast and above and beyond what I expected. Great Job.
