Review content:
I recently took my 1991 Toyota Landcruiser to your store on East Texas St. in Bossier City, Louisiana to have my rear brakes replaced. Upon receiving a quote of 900.00!\r \r I checked the order and saw that I was being charged 229.00 per each brake drum for a total of 458.00 for those two parts alone, not including labor.\r I told the service writer to have my old brake drums put back on and I would purchase brake drums elsewhere. \r \r While they reassembled my vehicle, it occurred to me to check the price of said drums at the parts counter at the rear of the store and found I could purchase the identical parts for only 89.95 each. When I asked for an explanation from the service manager, he shrugged. A comparison of part numbers proved to be identical.\r \r I was still charged over 400.00 for brake repairs that day, and I can only assume I was overcharged the same percentage on everything.
