Businiess name:  T-Mobile

With all the hating of Tmobile throughout Tulsa I was apprehensive about going to the store at 31st and Garnett but had a new Nokia 521 and preferred the store do paperwork. My experience was totally different than other reviews about Tmobile. The CSR was Eduardo and he was totally pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable about the sales aspect of products (he was not a techy..but that was ok). He took care of my issue (switching from AT&T to Tmobile because of the Nokia 521) in short fashion. Additionally, he endured many questions from me and each was answered politely. The store was very clean and neatly laid out. There was no loud talking or messing around as noted in another store. In general the store presented a business friendly atmosphere. As a retired Director of Information Services and World Wide Communications for a large local Engineering company I have dealt with hundreds of representatives from both computing and communications companies over the many years. This particular store is probably what Tmobile had in mind when they established a business plan. In the interest of full disclosure: I do not know anyone at Tmobile nor was I given any sort of consideration for writing this appraisal. It simply represents my experience on a rainy Thursday afternoon in Tulsa. Of course your experience, perhaps, could be different.
