Keep looking and find another: I requested Tracey’s help to design and manage a project to make some simple modifications to a small office area using $10k budget. After more than 60 frustrating days I finally got back an email indicating that her plan would cost me more than $25k. And, since you will never receive a plan from her with all the line items at the same time you won’t figure it all out until you start adding it all up from several emails. \r

I knew that I had lost confidence in her and made the call to move on. At least I learned two lessons: check these references and results matter. I spent nearly $2k for her service fees and my project is still not started
