** Do not rent 4505 Antelope Lane, Charlotte, NC. 28269, from TR Lawing. TR Lawing is helpful, but the owner of the house will screw you. Plumbing issues, back yard draining issues, HVAC issues, carbon monoxide detector broken, cracked window, dirty carpets, scratched hard wood floors, etc. The toilet will back up, and the plumber will be at your house every 6 months, due to a cracked pipe in the ground: fact!! The owner is not willing to fix any of these issues and then you will become responsible when you move out. (Regardless of writing it all down on your “Move in inspection sheet”) TR Lawing will sign off on it, but the owner can override TR Lawing, when you go to move out. Essentially, he will keep your deposit and TR Lawing can’t do anything about it. **
