Review content:
I called to ask a question about damage from a recent hail storm, I spoke with Joe who was very sweet and told me that the car needed to be brought in so they could see it. I had my daughter take the car in, since I am in another state and she is there in college. \r
\r
When she arrived Joe was on the phone and another tech came out to look at it, he was very rude and disrespectful in talking to her. His condencending tone upset her. He told her they would not give any information as we needed to make a claim to see what the insurance would pay. We had a standard deductible and said no we just needed an idea of how it had to be repaired. They were basically useless, I can see they were more interested in how much the insurance company would give them and not so much our business. When my daughter stated she had gotten the car for graduation, the tech said to her oh so you think you deserve a new car just because you graduated high school? She told him she had graduated college and worked very hard, he treated and talked to her pretty bad. We won't ever go back there, and I still may call them back and tell them off! Guess they dont care too much about business!
