I purchased my car here in 2010 and used to do all my routine maintenance with them until I noticed the print out of failed tasks contained things I knew had just been done. For example one time it said replace air and cabin filters when I had done that myself 2 weeks prior to coming in. Recently two large ticket services were listed both of which I had had done elsewhere due to general distrust from my first time discovering this practice. When I read that these tasks were considered failed I emailed and asked if this inspection was based solely on mileage or if someone actually looked at these things. I still have not received a response. I will be forwarding my email to the manager there today after a few phone calls. I am very disappointed in how this whole thing was handled both times I discovered this. The service center here has long my business as well as a few friends of mine. These days it is important for a place to show some transparency and do as they say they will.
