Barry came right out to our new home and was very friendly and helpful. The price was well below the 3 other quotes I got. Install was good as well. But that is where all the trouble started. Within the first 6 months, the cheap valance clips started to brake. I literally had 3 valances FALL OFF THE WALL within the first year. I tried calling the company MULTIPLE times to request replacement clips. I was promised replacements in the mail but they never showed. I was promised a service visit on a Saturday and they never showed. I am still trying to get replacement clips. Then, after just 13 months, one of the blinds completely broke. Again, I set up a service call and they never showed up! I'm losing countless hours and days trying to contact and waiting around for this company. I'm starting to think that there is a reason why they were SO much cheaper than the rest. I guess you get what you pay for. Forget any type of warrenty Barry tells you about because I have not been able to get any type of service now that the order is paid in full. Look elsewhere or pay a little more money to avoid the headache in the future.
