Microworx got my system back in working order in no time!
I'm a college student here in the Rochester area and when I got a viral infection, I didn't know where to turn. I had a paper due and I couldn't work because of slow performance and constant pop ups locking me out of the Desktop. I thought my computer was done for!
The price of the $79 Makeover is the best value around for a malware cleanup and full overhaul and tune up! I know of other local companies claim they have lower specials, but that try to gauge for every additional User Account and for services which Microworx includes in the base price! They even gave me the option of rush service via their very reasonable "Expedite" fee of $50. The total still came to less than some of the competition including this Expedite fee! Even more if you do have a mysterious issue, they apply their Diagnostic fee toward the cost of the repair, unlike most other shops who charge for both individually! Definitely my new favorite computer repair shop!
