Kind of a strange place to review but when someone does a good job people need to hear about it. What I thought would be an awful experience, turned out to be a very positive one. My past lab experiences have been awful. Previously, I've been sent to other locations for a drug test and I had to wait for hours to be seen This time at Arcpoint Labs I waited about 5 minutes. The facility was very clean. Karan made what could have been an awkward and potentially fearful process very easy and comfortable for me!
