Could not be more pleased with the process and the finished, custom engagement ring. Joe did a fantastic job explaining everything and was upfront and honest about the timing and cost, which is very helpful guys with little jewelry background. The ring came out perfect and my fiancee has received so many compliments on it. He even resized the ring after the purchase. \r
