when I called in for service I was in full panic mode, because my furnace was not working at all and it was about 6 degrees outside. but after talking to the dispatcher Shane he put my mind at ease and said he would have a technician at my house within the hour. the technician did show up in about 40 minutes and was in and out about the same time. very impressed will always use home appliance for all my needs.
