It is very sad that you feel the need to lie to save face at the expense of a paying customer. I have no reason to lie, you on the other hand do. Also do you really think it is professional to call and threaten to break my window and throw it in your dumpster as retaliation for posting my expierence? I sure do not. That happens to be harrassment. \r

Owner is a crook! We brought a window with broken glass to be replaced in. We were told it would be about $46. After a few weeks and not a word from them, we called and were told that we never brought the trim in around the glass..... We did, otherwise it would have been a pile of glass we handed them. The owner for weeks after that swore up and down they didnt lose it and we never brought it in. Finally he sent one of his employees out to our house to see what he needed to get the window back to us. After over a month of waiting, he accused us of bringing the trim with us and he didn't lose it. He is now charging us for new trim AND sending out his employee... this $46.00 window turned into $120.00. And this is the owner Terry Layton. Beware... they are crooks! \r
