Crooks! I had a leak coming from my alero! The check engine light was not on! I take the car to P & T to get a diagnostic. They charged me $20 and told me it was the water pump and it would be $540 including parts. I saved and borrowed the money to get it fixed. 04/13 I pick up my car. The total $440! I went and got the parts from advanced auto, which was $90. The day after picking up my car it has the same exact leak. I called p&t, they tell me to bring it in! They do nothing! I call in to see what s going on. The receptionist get s really snappy with me n tells me I'm basically out of my money. I had to save n borrow money to just throw away. The company has taken full advantage of taking my money and turned there backs after doing so. It really hurts when your struggling. I ll keep everyone in the shop in my prayers its so wrong.
