I took my dog of 17 years there to be cremated and the ashes given back to me one month later my mom called to find out where the dogs ashes were and they told her that someone marked the bag wrong and that my dogs ashes were gone. My whole family considered that dog a hero because he saved my elderly mothers life she fell in the shower and no one but the dog heard her yell for help he came and got me, thanks slider for saving moms life but the people at this vets office didn't check twice so now my hero is gone forever thank you frankford animal clinic for destroying our hearts
