Last June(2007) I purchased a balled "cleveland select" tree and had it installed on my boulevard. This spring I became concerned because it didn't have many leaves on it. I followed the instructions I was given by the store employees as to how to care for the tree, but I became concerned when this spring the tree had a scant amt of leaves. I called the store , the first of june, and spoke with the manager Judy. I explained the problem and was assured that the owner Ron would come out and look at the tree and get back with me. He never come by. He never called. And I still have a sickly looking tree that cost me $257. Would I recommend them? No!
