Review content:
I took my case to Mainetti Mainetti & O/Connor after there was a conflict with my former attorney. I was told by my insurance company I was not injured and I should not waste my time in bringing my case to a lawyer. I was re ended in 2007 and in Feb of 2008 I had back surgery. My attorney Joe O'Connor scheduled a meeting to go over my case. I was greeted by the front desk clerk and was offered water or coffee as I waited for Joe. I waited no more than one minute and felt great right from the hand shake. As I explained my case to Joe, I was shocked and surprised at how much he already knew about my case. Joe took the time to do his research before our scheduled meeting. This was so helpful as now I didn't have to tell my whole ordeal over again. When I asked why he took the time to research my case he informed me it was his responsibility to do so. That meant the world to me that he cared that much. I was a former professional dancer and choreographer with a great career and it was taken away in one-second. Then to be told by your insurance company theres nothing wrong with you and we won't help you was heart breaking. Mainetti Mainetti & O'Connor treated me like family and proved to me they really cared. I was told the only way to make the insurance company pay was to take my case to trial and make them pay. We laid out or plan for trial and boy was it a lot of work, long nights, weekends, last minute changes, but it was all necessary if I was going to present a solid case. We took our case to trial and even at the trial my insurance company offered me nothing still saying I was going to lose. After 6 days on trial it took the jury only 2 hours to render us a winning verdict in the amount of 1.4 million dollars. This would never have been made possible if not for the professionalism, time, patience, and care giving to me by this great law firm. Today I have my life back I'm no longer dancing but my judgement allowed me to open a new business where they help advise me legally. Thank You Guys.. Amazing Law Firm..
