I first contacted Formula 1 Flooring and Design about doing some tiling and taking out the messy carpet two and a half years ago. I worked with Jackie and her brother. They helped me pick out the tile and gave me advice on what was going to work best, but let me pick the color and style. They came in for measuring and the installation. It was absolutely wonderful and they were here when they said they would be. They called when they said they were going to be late.
That was the first thing. About a year and a half ago, I had another room which had some water damage, and I had to take the carpet out. I had a handyman install the carpet because he did it at a cheaper rate. I ordered the carpet from Formula 1 Flooring and Design. I ordered the tile, and did the measurement myself. At that point in time, I ended up keeping the extra boxes of tile.
However, I used up those boxes when I had water damage done to another room, and ordered more from Formula 1. They came in when they said they were going to.
I've been happy every time I've used Formula 1 Flooring and Design. With my three experiences, I would rate Formula 1 Flooring and Design a 5!!
