In this age of celebrity chef, we all seem to having cooking envy, and in the dreary days of winter, there is nothing better than hanging out in the kitchen (or cooking school) to hone our skills. This cooking school offers classes for all levels, and if you are like me, you can do with some of its very basics, among them, learning how to chop properly, make sauces......and eventually go on to fame and fortune as a master chef (well, maybe that is exaggerating a bit, but you will be pleasantly surprised at how you can show off your newly learned skills for your friends and family). The instructors know the cooking business and are patient with novices; the only real drawback to this place is its location in the burbs. Check their website for times for their reasonably prices classes.
