Review content:
Was good, insurance exhausted & now out of pocket a rip off!\r I have been using Austin Family Dentistry for 6 months. Unfortunately, this last visit was horrible. We were given a price of about $4700 for the work. We applied for Care Credit &'received $5000 which should be good. Once we went to the appointment, we were given a different price of $5816. We were upset but paid the difference. Once the initial work was done, the same afternoon we were told again they made a mistake and the new price is $6700. We were upset this time since the procedure was already done but have not received the permanent bridge yet. The doctors said sorry, mistakes happen. Well, 1 mistake is one thing, but 2 on the same procedure in less than 24 hours is resiculas. Doctor Austin didn't like me complaining about their price changes so he said they wouldn't be our dentist after the bridge is installed but we still owe more money before we get the bridge. Very upset with this office and afraid of the future work they will do on completing the work we already paid for.
