Review content:
I came in here as a walk in after I had left the V.A. first I went to another optical center that starts with a U, awful, they are the only one on the list of seven that does not take walk ins, well having just had my eyes dialated I could not see well so I asked the ""gentleman"" and I use that word in the very wildest of terms for this review if he could help telling me where the other places were, five of them were other locations owned by the owner of his business. Oh also there was only one other person in there that was being helped by the other employee. He told me what do you want me to do?! I said I don't know maybe use a little common customer service and help me out, he said well the address are right there, I said I am aware of that but like I already told you I can't read them right now because of my eyes having just being dialated. No go, he was very rude, now if he was unfamilar or unable to give directions I would think the easiest solution to keep the customer at one of your stores would have been to simply say here let me see which store is closest and have them explain to you how to get there from here. Silliness, long story short everything in life happens for a reason, I went to my car and somehow put the address for this store in my gps and it talked me to the store and they were so super great there. I will be back when my Daughter needs her glasses renewed. They gained business.
