I had high hopes for this company. John is a GREAT salesman and my husband wanted a trane. The day we had it installed was the day we had our first problem. Two months later they had to repair a leak. They accidentally used the wrong freon so we pay a ridiculous amount of money every time we need more (which has been frequently considering we have had it less than 5 years). The place they repaired 2 months in had a leak again just last month. My husband called them and it would of been more money to repair it then it cost us to get it repaired. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in them. I know people that have had no problem with them. We were unfortunate. I think it comes down to 2 things. The people that installed it did a crummy job and that the owner would not stand behind his product. There is no way that I would recommend them.
