Review content:
Yes Amity has probably the nicest and best kept baseball fields in Brooklyn, but that is it. First off they due get government aide, they get money from just about every elected officals office as well FREE rent and useage of the property, which is City / DOE property. They do try to give the little league program a lot of games, over 20 but thats only so they can make more money. Never mind the fact that all the ones who run the place are complete idiots and really should not be involved with children. Can you imagine they charge $45 for a tee shirt jersey & $20 for pants, thats $65 for part of a uniform you still have to get socks, cleats, etc. loss your hat and its another $20. Registration is $150, so before you even play a game its $215 to them. Then when you play its only $2 for water $2.50 for Gatorade, $7 (SEVEN) for chicken tenders. You can go broke just as fast at this place as if you were at a MLB Game. in fact I think the food, jersey, and hat proces are cheaper at the parks where Brooklyn Cylones & SI Yankees play. Save yourself the money and aggrevation its NOT worth it .
