Review content:
I took my Honda BF40 there to have the carbs rebuilt/synchronized last February since it was running rough. When I got it back it ran almost the same. In June I realized that the motor was no longer charging. I took it back and they replaced the charging coils. They also wanted to rebuild my carbs again. I decided to look at the carbs myself. Obviously they didn't rebuild them. I pulled out the jet on the top cylinder and it had a big growth of crap on it. I cleaned it and replaced it and the motor ran like a sewing machine for the first time since I've owned it. several weeks later I thought that the motor had seized. It turns out that they screwed up something with the charge coils. The metal plates on the magnets inside of the flywheel were being pried off by the charge coils and locked up the flywheel. So now I need to replace everything that they replaced and more now. Complete idiots.
