Review content:
The atmosphere at Sona is elegant, but not welcoming. The desk staff was abrasive from the moment I arrived. The sales staff was very friendly, of course, as were the nurse practitioners. However, the in room esthetician was obviously ready to go home.
For the amount the services cost, I was really surprised that friendly service was not a main stay of the experience. Instead I was seen 45 min after my appt time, I overheard staff talking derogatorily about patients in the hallway, and was treated like a number.
While the services may be beneficial, do not go here anticipating the care giving experience you would at a true doctors office. This is, after all, a business.
