Review content:
the previous post from the person who states they got all of the lies seems highly unlikely. there is an pre-appointment meeting where they have you sit down with someone before you see the dentist, and that person explains your insurance and exactly what is covered. i was then given a full tour of the office, saw the dentist, was given the option to do my root canal right then if i wanted to, but was first given time with a consultant who went over all of my options for finances, as well as exactly what i was responsible for and what my insurance would pay, and before they do anything you sign a piece of paper and pay 20% up front. they are very clear and very helpful. this was one of the best dental office experiences i have ever had. the previous poster clearly wanted something to complain about, or didn't bother to pay any attention at all throughout the entire process.
