Review content:
The service is excellent from the moment I make the phone call to schedule the appointment. They have a great system that gets customers in and out of the service department. If not, there is a shuttle that does a drop off and pick up. Everything is explained very well with patience and never in a condescending manner. I would also like to recognize all of the ""behind the scenes"" employees (i.e.: mechanics) who are actually the reason the system works so well. They are quick and competent! Thank you Continental Motors . . this is my first Subaru and I love it!\r
