My family made reservations 2 months ago. The owner, a friend of the symphony, allowed a 6 o'clock check out for them. I love the symphony. The hotel staff did their best. The hotel had MANY persons with reservations stacked up in the lobby b/c the owner's late check out on 4/20 for the symphony. There were people there with commitments for weddings,kids base ball games, wine fest, at least one family emergency I was aware and other reasons. The owner certainly has the right to do whatever but he shouldn't expect to stay in business for long. The point is for the owner to honor reservations!
