Businiess name:  Nasal Teriyaki

Review content:
I tried this place one night, and found the food (had the chicken teriyaki) to be decent. Certainly lots of chicken. Served with lots of white rice (seemed like plate filler), and an iceburg lettuce salad. There are no veggies to be found. No Udon or Ramen soups on the menu. But OK. I went back the other night, a Sunday, and found there wasn't a Japanese person, or even an Asian of any sort anywhere to be seen. No big deal, I would just expect there to be a japanese person involved somewhere in a supposedly "Japanese" restaurant. As I had the occasion to get a good look into the kitchen, I was rather horrified by the filth! The floor and equipment was all filthy, the table tops and counter surfaces were filthy, and there was a huge tub of raw chicken (presumably marinating to become "teriyaki") sitting on the floor, uncovered, unrefridgerated, with people just walking around it. I was so put off, I cancelled my order and left, never to return. I don't care if you want to eat at this place, but I suggest you take a good look at the kitchen before you put what they're cookin up in your stomach! Cons: Dirty Kitchen
