Review content:
I called Rocket to install a new garage door motor. He was very accommodating and came out on a Sunday. This would have been great if the door worked.\r
I called back and he said that it was out out of line. I did what he said and it worked 1 or 2 times.\r
I called again. He said that I needed something and the cost would be another $50.\r
Again, it worked 1 or 2 times.\r
I called AGAIN. He would be happy to come out if I would pay him yet AGAIN.\r
This has all happened within 2 weeks of the initial installation. I have a garage door that still does not open.\r
I have an older house and have service people out here all the time. This is the only time I have written a negative review. The lack of professionalism (translate: being yelled at and repeatedly interrupted) and the complete absence of quality has prompted me to share my hard learned wisdom. NEVER pay in cash. A discount is promised if you pay in cash so that the consumer has less chance of recovering his/her loses.\r
