My experience at Rook's Automotive was awesome to say the least. The owner Farruk was very cordial and nice easy going guy. I was very leery of anyone whom I do not know personally working on my car.
After speaking to Farruk and Frances the tire man they put my mind at ease with the knowledge they both had of vehicles and their quality workmanship that they have performed through the years.
I needed tires for my 1999 Subaru Legacy Limited Edition AWD. Farruk offered an alignment as well and at a great price. He hands down gave me the lowest quote here in Sacramento for 4 new tires, balancing, mounting, and alignment.
They both gave me a time quote which I did not even worry about my worries were to get the job done right. He had other customers before me so he surprised me and within the time frame it was ready before his quoted time. I was so very happy about this.
I paid Farruk and thanked both men for a great job. The tires looked fantastic. Before Farruk let me leave he wiped down on all four tires with some Armor All. It made my car look even better.
I drove the car home and wow what a nice ride with the alignment my car handle way better then before. I was unaware I really needed an alignment. I am so happy to have met Frances and Farruk I have told all my friends and family about them.
I will go back for all of my vehicle needs in the future because of the honesty and quality workmanship rarely found now days in the world. Rooks is the best and I give them five stars of quality service beyond expectations.
