When my water heater broke, I contacted FAST Water Heater through Home Depot. Within 24 hours, I had a new water heater installed and running perfectly. The experience was flawless.
Someone from FAST contacted me t arrange a time when the installer, George, could arrive. I was given a 2-hour window, and George arrived right in the middle of that window. George was courteous and professional. He discussed water heater sizes and other options with me until I decided on what would work best for me. Within 90 minutes the new water heater was installed and heating water. In fact, George had removed and hauled off the old water heater and thoroughly cleaned the area where the new water heater would go. I was really impressed with George's speed, quality, and professionalism.
I also found the price to be reasonable, and all itemized costs were explained to me so that there would be no surprises.
I highly recommend FAST Water Heater.
