From the beginning of this work on installing a home generator, this company and the ENTIRE team of individuals, both in the office and in the field, couldn't have been more professional, friendly, personal, and competent. The installation team of Andy, Alex and Randy were by far the best and most professional team of installers I have come across. The work was done quickly, on time, and correctly. AND, it was done on a day when it wasn't a "fit night out for man nor beast"! It was raining the entire day, and these guys installed the generator despite the bad weather. No excuses! Just well done!! I commend this group --the entire group of people at McCarthy -- for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Bravo, folks. I'm really glad I went with you for the installation of my home generator.
