I called the number I found on the website and spoke to Dave. He was responsive and pleasant. I sent him a picture of the damage on my car and he gave me a quote over the phone from the picture. Bumper Medic refused to even accept a picture and told me it would be at least a week before they could get me in. Dave got me in same day and had my car ready the next day!!! Additionally, I dropped off my car and he had his employee give me a ride home! WOW! The only reason I did not give him 5 stars for service and total experience is because he only takes cash payments. If you have to pay with a credit card, make sure you discuss this first. However, all around great experience and I will definitely reccommend this company.
