They are caring, kind, and fabulous with the dogs and their customers. My dog loves going there. They play with the dogs and they take really good care of them. The dogs aren't caged. They're really careful to make sure no aggressive dogs get in. If a dog is aggressive, they will put it aside and try to work on training it.
I had an accident while I was out of town, and couldn't get back to get my dog for weeks. I called them and they said they would take care of my dog, get her special food, etc. They even brought her back to me when I returned.
