Greg did a very thorough review of my a/c and heating system. My system is 16 years old and he showed me some things that would prolong its life, along with other necessary maintenance needs. He was easy to understand and not pushy. His goal was not to sell me a new unit but to prolong the life of the existing one. I would recommend Shafer and Greg to anyone needing a/c and heating service.
