Don't you just love whiners! Let me tell you...I have rented at this facility off and on for a number of years & I wouldn't trust my belongings with anyone else. Their rent has always been fair: security is the best. And as for the ladies in the office, you couldn't ask for more professional people & the manager has been there forever and a day. That must say something. I have rented at different storage facilities in Vallejo & if you were at one of those places Mr. Scott D, you would have a reason to complain. I would bet this was the first time in at least a year that you got a raise in your rent. And you say you got the same size for $100!!! I really hope it was a first time renters special, because remember-you get what you pay for. One other thing, if you would have read your contract and that paper they give you at the time you rented, you would know they do not give prorated refunds for rent already paid. This place has always been up front about everything and that is why I like & trust them. So people out there, if you are looking for a place to store your property, trust me, you will not regret going with this facility.
