Mohammed has great customer service. My first job with A-1 Carpet & Tile was for my carpet downstairs. It was excellently priced, and he was very professional and patient. They did a great job; the carpet looked good, and it still looks great.
The second job was upstairs, two bedrooms and a hallway. It was a fair price, and he also repaired some stitching that was undone on the carpet downstairs. He fixed it for free and did a wonderful job. He didn't have the correct tools, but he used all his resources to make it work, which I really appreciated.
It is just Mohammed and the two guys who do the carpet, so it is a small business. He is very professional and patient. He doesn't hunt you down for money. If I said that I wanted to do it on a certain day he was not calling every day to make sure I didn't change my mind.
One of the most annoying things about trying to do a project is if the people call all the time. Mohammed is very patient. He only calls a day or two prior to make sure I still want him to come out on a certain day. It is a good feeling. He is very easy to work with.
