I have done business with Tim from R & S Hardwood Floors for about 15+ years, and he has done three different homes, up and down, that we have owned. If anything ever goes wrong, he makes sure to take care of it personally. I've seen him down on his hands and knees with his pencil, working out the details.
Tim makes everything right, and to your liking. He hand mixed colors for me until he got just the color I wanted. His crew has been there when they say they're going to be, and they just do a fantastic job. I've seen over 30 homes where they have done work, and every owner has been very satisfied.
